When to Contact Us: Attendance (absences, tardiness, and vacation), Illness, Early Pick Up
  • When your child will be absent, tardy or leaving school with anyone else.
  • If your child will be absent for family trips/vacations. Middle school students will need to contact their child’s teacher to manage assignments as well.  An Explanation of Absence forms will be sent home for you to complete.  This form will be kept in your child’s folder.
  • If your child is sick or if any immediate family member has been diagnosed with a communicable disease.
There is no need to contact school to tell us that you are coming to pick your child up early.  Once you have arrived at school, we will call for your child to join you. It takes only a few minutes to transition your child from the classroom into your care.
