Meet our staff!
Unlike many private and public schools, Montessori programs require their lead teachers to hold a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalence in experience) and a post graduate certification that can only be secured through rigorous training, lecture and demonstration of ability. This certification prepares teachers to have an exceptional understanding of all the developmental needs of children within a specific age group. Central has an exceptional staff who are cross trained at their levels. Even our substitutes are well trained before they are asked to take responsibility for the care of our students.
